I conduct research at the crossroads of epistemology, political philosophy and ethics, with the aim to explore how technological innovation affects biomedical practices and questions the values of research and care.

De l'homme à la tomate, pourquoi séquencer les génomes ?
La course au séquençage des génomes s'accélère à l'échelle internationale. De l'homme à la tomate
en passant par le porc ou le blé, que cherche t-on à faire de ces données ? Les séquençages complets
de génomes peuvent avoir des utilités très diverses, aussi bien pour la médecine, la qualité de nos produits
alimentaires, ou encore la compréhension des capacités d'adaptation ou de résistance de certaines espèces à des maladies ou des conditions particulières. Quels sont les apports possibles pour
l'homme et les espèces qui nous entourent ? Quels problèmes éthiques cela pose-t-il ?
